Well, not so fast, perhaps.
According to a recent study from Drexel University, exercise may indeed help you lose some weight by enhancing your ability to stick to a low-cal diet.
According to an author of this report, “exercise may also aid in adhering to a reduced-calorie diet, perhaps through improved regulation of appetite or eating behavior. It adds another reason to engage in exercise if one is seeking weight loss.”
Besides, what would be the downside to adding exercise to any healthy regime?
