Well, at least it was for me (so another disclaimer: I relied on experts to interpret it for me).
Bottom line is that tryptophan seems to have some role in celiac disease (CD) expression so if you take in more tryptophan, your CD should improve.
And where can you easily get tryptophan?
Does that mean you could go off your gluten-free diet if you eat lots of turkey?
Just means your CD might be less of a threat to your overall long-term health.
