If you’re not worried about the consequences of a COVID-19 bout, you really should be, if only because the long-term consequences are still not understood, and the chances are there will be many, even some severe one.

And not only in hospitalized patients but also perhaps in moderately severe, maybe even mild cases.

For example, a study out today in the online issue of Neurology® Clinical Practice (74 people, average age 64, 47 had previous neurologic “histories” s) concludes that ” neurologic complications may be common in people with moderate COVID-19 as well as those with severe disease.”

These complications included delirium, strokes, seizures, and movement disorders.
