Most major chronic health problems are linked

According to a study that analyzed long-term data on over 20,00 people, and which was published online in the journal, JACC: CardioOncology, the same risk factors for major cardiovascular diseases (CVD), which includes heart attacks, heart failure, sudden cardiac death, and strokes, are also linked to a significantly higher risk of future cancer.

On what should clearly be the other hand, however, living a heart-healthy lifestyle is linked to a significantly lower risk of future cancer.

In other words, you get double your money – lower risk of CVD and lower risk of cancer – if you do those pretty simple and basic things you already know you should be doing to protect your health.

And when this pandemic is over, and it will be, it will be, make sure to go back to paying attention to this stuff.
