A new study just published in the Journal of the American Geriatrics Society looked at the literature (which means the researchers looked at all the available studies) and has concluded to absolutely no one’s surprise that listening to music before going to bed can improve sleep quality among older adults.

But why just in older adults?

Surely, it’s also true for younger people as well, although I would very strongly urge those two polar opposites – the old and the young – not to share the same music cuz I’m totally certain that listening to rap is not gonna help an old fall asleep easier as on the other hand, a young will not more easily fall asleep listening to Les Paul or Guy Lombardo.
