Common sense about limiting how much you eat

A small study from Penn State University that was presented at NUTRITION 2021 LIVE ONLINE this week came to the same conclusion any mother would have come to if you asked her about controlling how much you eat: Take smaller bites and chew more slowly.

Not only that but this study also concluded that the more you are given to eat, the more you will eat.

Now one should always hesitate to extrapolate studies done on university students who are paid to sit through these often non-sensical trials but still I believe this one cuz this is exactly what my mother always insisted.

And she has never been proven wrong yet.

I just wish she were still alive to cash in on the easy-money study grants for stuff like this.
