Your brain doesn’t like COVID-19

New research reported at the Alzheimer’s Association International Conference should be very sobering news for anyone who doesn’t feel it’s worth getting vaccinated with one of the coronavirus vaccines that are so easily obtained these days.

In this study, the researchers “found associations between COVID-19 and persistent cognitive deficits, including the acceleration of Alzheimer’s disease pathology and symptoms.”

In other words, getting infected with SARS-CoV-2 may leave you with a higher permanent risk of cognitive decline, which, if you ask anyone with intact brain function, they will instantly tell you that this is not a cost you wanna pay.

Look, this is a no-brainer: Use whatever brain function you have left and opt to vaccinate yourself against this very troublesome (and for the long-term) virus.
